If your screen is not turning on, try these simple steps to identify the issue:
Step 1: Check the power
Make sure the monitor is plugged in and turned on. Look for power lights on the screen.
Step 2: Check the cables
Ensure the display cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) is securely connected to both your computer and monitor.
Step 3: Adjust brightness or wake the screen
Move your mouse or press a key to wake the screen. Also, check that brightness is not set too low.
Step 4: Restart your computer
Restart your device to refresh the display connection.
Step 5: Try another port or cable
If possible, use a different cable or port to rule out hardware issues.
