Migrations are delivered as scoped projects and may include data transfer, application re-hosting, and identity integration. After migration, supported cloud resources can be enrolled in monitoring, security, and backup services as defined by your service plan.

Cloud Management

We manage supported cloud environments hosted in Microsoft Azure and AWS that are under contract. Cloud management includes monitoring system availability, managing resource usage, assisting with cost optimization, and maintaining security configurations where supported. Management applies only to cloud resources deployed and approved by Enstep.

SaaS Management

We manage approved Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, including Microsoft 365 and other supported business applications. Services include user access administration, license oversight, and basic configuration support. SaaS management is limited to supported platforms and does not extend to custom application development or third-party application troubleshooting outside scope.

Cloud Backup Solutions

We provide cloud-based backup for supported servers, managed workstations, and approved cloud workloads. Backups are configured to securely store copies of business data and support recovery in the event of data loss or system failure. Backup scope, retention, and recovery options are defined by the selected service plan.

Virtual Desktops & Hosted Servers

We deploy and support hosted virtual desktops and cloud-based servers within Microsoft Azure or other supported cloud platforms. These environments allow users to access approved desktops and applications from managed devices. Hosted systems are configured for centralized management, security, monitoring, and backup, where included in scope.
