We assist with business continuity planning by identifying critical systems, data, and dependencies within the managed environment. Planning focuses on maintaining access to essential services during disruptions such as power outages, hardware failures, or connectivity issues. Business continuity planning provides guidance and coordination but does not guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Disaster Recovery Planning & Implementation
We design and implement disaster recovery processes for supported servers and cloud systems that are covered by backup and recovery services. This includes defining recovery priorities, restoration procedures, and recovery methods appropriate to the environment. Disaster recovery implementation is scoped to approved systems and aligns with recovery capabilities defined by the selected service plan.
Off-site Data Backup & Replication
We store backup copies for supported servers and approved cloud workloads in off-site or cloud-based locations separate from the primary environment. Replication and off-site storage help protect data from site-specific events such as fires, floods, or local infrastructure failures. Offsite backup scope, retention periods, and storage locations are defined by the service plan.
Testing & Validation of Backup Plans
We perform periodic verification of configured backup jobs for supported systems to confirm that backups are completing successfully. Testing may include file-level restore verification or system-level recovery checks where supported. Validation helps identify issues early, but does not represent a full disaster recovery simulation unless explicitly included in scope.
